Type on the main page of TeleAidas website in the field “Which country are you calling to?” country name you want to call (e.g. Norway) and you will get the rate.
- Go to “Account” menu. If you already have account – jump to step 4.
- Enter you information and register.
- You will receive e-mail in your e-mail address you used to register. Press on the activation link and your registration will be activated.
- Log in to your account.
- Refill you account.
- Choose local or closest to you phone number from “Access Numbers” and dial it (e.g . you are in Ireland and you want to call to Lithuania – you dial the access number in Ireland, you are in the USA and you want to call to Lithuania – you dial the access number in the USA). After the greeting, enter your PIN number, you’ll hear the balance of your account, then dial the number you want to call (e.g. to England – dial 44-XX-XXXX-XXXX, to USA – dial 1-XXX-XXX-XXXX) and press pound key “#”.
Log in to your account, choose menu “My Phones”, add phone numbers you are planning to use. Entered phone numbers will be automatically recognized and no PIN code will be required to enter, when you dial access numbers.
No, our rates include all fees and taxes for calls using our local access numbers. There are no additional charges other than the advertised rates.
Yes, our rates are the same any time of the day, all year round.
Your account and credit will never expire.
If you want to cancel account on TeleAidas website, submit a account cancellation request info@teleaidas.com and include your name, e-mail, phone number. This information must be identical to the information originally submitted on your registration of account.
